We will support you to complete all of the necessary paperwork in order to make the process smooth and efficient. The paperwork consists of a Canadian government form that is called a job offer and very little information is needed.

What does it cost for a caregiver?
The cost depends on your needs, your income, and your preferences. We have basic care needs starting at $24 per hour, which is a deductible expense and/or often partially or fully covered by the Canadian Government. The cost for boutique services ranges from $25 to $75 per hour. We cater to you and your family’s needs by matching you with one of our caregivers who will make an excellent fit.
How can we know my worker is capable?
Each placement in a home is carefully considered. In advance of care beginning, you will be asked in detail about your needs and preferences. That information allows us to match you with the most appropriate member of our team. Additionally, the trainers and medical professionals that work for us can also help draft a plan for meeting any sensitive needs or adapting to unusual circumstances. As required, they will observe and check-in with staff about outcomes. We are flexible and want you to be satisfied, so always promptly respond to feedback.
What if I am not happy with my worker?
We have other staff members or supervisors who could step in, if need be. Changes can be made quickly and for any reason. We recognize that receiving care is a very personal experience. Not all personalities will match. So, just let us know about issues that arise, and we will do our best to accommodate.

What hours are your staff available?
We have caregivers available 24 hours per day in Victoria and Richmond, BC. Same day services must be booked between 9am and 5pm.
Do you work with conditions such as Alzheimers and Parkinsons?
Yes, we can support almost anyone! Treatment plans and detailed health requirements are often handed down by a medical doctor, however, so we have physicians on staff to help us wade through the jargon and put together a comprehensible care plan. Then, we help select the best member of our team for meeting your needs. We can also work with your existing care plan to select a suitable caregiver.
