We will support you to complete all of the necessary paperwork in order to make the process smooth and efficient. The paperwork consists of a Canadian government form that is called a job offer and very little information is needed.

What does it cost for a healthcare worker?
The cost really depends on your needs, your income and your wants. We have basic care needs starting at $24/hour which are deductible, and/or often partially or fully covered by the Canadian Government, as well as boutique services that range from $25-$75 per hour. We cater to you and your family’s needs. Our caregivers are diverse, and we ensure a fit for whatever you need.

How can we know my worker is capable?
In advance you will be asked for what services you require, we will look at our staff and find the best match as well as have our professors work with that person in advance or on the job to ensure they can perform the needed tasks. We may have a supervisor or professor come observe in advance if there is a need. We are flexible and want you to be satisfied.
What if I am not happy with my worker for whatever reason?
We have other staff members or supervisors who could step in if need be. We recognize it is a very personal experience and not all personalities match so let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
How fast can I book someone?

How does payroll work?
You pay the company and we take care of everything else on our side. We are a service so there is no CPP, EI, insurance, etc. We do it all through our company.
What hours are your staff available?
We have staff available 24 hours per day in Victoria BC and Richmond BC. Same day service must be booked between 9am – 5pm.
Do you work with conditions such as Alzheimers and Parkinsons?
Disabilities and health requirements are often handed down by a physician. We have physicians on staff to wade through the jargon to put together a care plan and help choose the best worker for your needs. We can also work with your existing care plan to select a suitable care worker.
